Flossie O’Leary brings expertise in strategic planning, design thinking, strategy design, leadership development, succession planning, board governance, and community engagement. Her 35 years in the private and social sectors have been in health care, education, food, retail, community development and international imports. Her business development track record includes $12MM in recent financing and investments for public-private partnerships and over $38MM for nonprofits. She has 5 years of experience on corporate boards and 20+ years on nonprofit boards. 

Flossie holds a BS in Communications from Rutgers University, and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Regis University where she has taught graduate courses in the Anderson School of Business. Often described as spirited, don’t be surprised if Flossie belts out a line from a song that fits the conversation.
